I love the strawberries on the white background - the contrast of the red and white is startling. Surprising strawberries are so much later in Canada - we are onto raspberries here - strawberries were finished a few weeks ago.

Thank you. Raspberries already! I hope our strawberries linger a little longer. This is one season I don't want to rush.

Little known facts about Poland - Poland is one of the largest producers of high quality strawberries (at least in Europe). Polish strawberries are used sparingly in jams because they are more expensive then some other European strawberries, but are added to make the lower quality jams taste better.
